The Carlos Albertino Veiga Foundation has signed an important Memorandum of Understanding with DOTCAN – Development of Ocean Technical Capacity with African Nations, marking the beginning of a strategic partnership with global impact.

This agreement lays the groundwork for joint projects in the areas of the blue economy, youth, education, culture, climate, and academic mobility, with a particular focus on opportunities for the Cape Verdean diaspora in North America.
